Maybe they believed that was to be true...maybe they feel the same way as many of why it happened...not sure if the company ever posted a promise that there would be no dilution until December...so I never necessarily took that as a fact from chat posters regardless of who it was....therefore I blame the company for the form A

So through your lenses. You don’t see any wrong in any form from the people who promoted this stock?

When someone says no dilution till December then dilution happens, is that not falsified info?

It's clearly stated in the filings, so there's no need for name-calling. When the company issues new offerings, it's beyond the control of stakeholders. It's time to take responsibility and make your own decisions regarding buying and selling. No one forced you to make a purchase, and no one will share a dime of your net profit. I posted due diligence when the stock was trading at .0005; if you couldn't make money then, perhaps this stock isn't right for you at all.

Everyone bashing today but here is the point, if you haven't already made money here you need to quit, period.
