If the price analist say 47$ pending the way they raise 100 million. i see worst scenerio. 7 to 13 million shares so float doubles anylyst price halves...70% owned by insiders so its a lot better they will be wise. rathet announce now than when it hits 20 or 30?? just a positive thought
