When a spark ignites a play, no matter if it is a .000 OTC going from .0001---------$5.00, or a Nasdaq low floater going from .25----$100.00, the key is the spark and some kind of story (PR, filings etc) :-)

Impossible is nothing after the fire is lit imho :-)
