This, of course, is a bit of an oversimplification, but smart, experienced traders should feel free to express their thoughts about it.

$268,000,000 ÷ 3,200,000,000 shares = $0.08375 cents per share of value.

This could make some traders feel that purchasing shares at $0.0012 cents per share is a real bargain.

Blame Over 1 Million Shares Shareholders Who Keep Selling Every UpTicks !

rockie101, in my opinion, here's what's keeping NHMD from really moving...

** I think that there has been some legacy debt that has been holding NHMD down a little. These are not new shares. These are old shares that were put into circulation a few moons ago from the old CEO and not from the new CEO. The accumulation in this area has been great. I think once such is done, we will see the stock trade much much cleaner. I believe that the time is near.

** I think once such happens, or is close to happening, that will be the last of these cheap shares. I think confirmation will be seeing the next share structure update on OTC Markets being anything lower than the 2,883,024,616 shares for the OS as of 09/29/2023:

** Then I believe we will see an ever greater belief once OTC Markets updates the NHMD Profile Page to reflect John Parks.

** Then the market is going to need to see an announcement, be it PR and/or 8-K, of the deal closing with the confirmation of the $268 Million Sugar Contract being transferred over into JP Energy Group from JP Energy Partners.

** Then the market is going to need to see an announcement, be it PR and/or 8-K, that the financing to support the $268 Million Sugar Contract has been officially secured via receipt of its Letter of Credit that that have been officially waiting for. Thus far they have a verbal approval from the bank that it is coming.

I believe that we are very close to those things happening and once they do, if we are not already in the pennies, we should be well on our way in my opinion.
