Couldn’t agree with you more! I thought it weird that nothing materialized regarding grant funding. I chose to hang on. No good reason for hanging on other than I work full time and was hit with a sales tax audit!!
I just never understood any of these CEOs of startup companies. With the amount of shares these insiders hold...you would think that they would want to succeed . If Berliner just ran this to a penny, he would never have to work again. But instead they choose to do the "CEO for Dummies" routine. Dilute, Offerings, Reverse Split. Haven't met an honest CEO yet. What a way to live Berliner. Making enemies along the way. All for the good of uninterrupted cellphone calls and Internet for everyone. Well good luck on your next venture when this one collapses. Maybe microwave hot water tanks next.
