They have repeatedly said "Fully Operational" , going back almost 1 year.

Anything less is another PR Disaster.

Did they actually say they were delaying those plants? If so, I missed that. Seems NY is delayed due to a spill of sewage. Whose watching things and do they really know what they are doing? Are we sure they are not delayed to cash issues or waiting to see if demand will be there if the IRA and \or HUBS get quashed or delayed. This administration cannot shoot straight and get their backers in line that passed this IRA law and now has us supporting two wars. Will Taiwan be next? What a mess!
