that is one of the stupidest attempts at creating doubt i have ever read. Why WOULDN'T he want to mind the store while they are being audited?
Would you like to go through an IRS audit without being present? If he DIDN'T participate, you would be bitching about him not being engaged fully with his job duties.

You obviously have not been audited by any agency. Whether FOR your company or Against. Let me tell you first hand, it is not fun. It is not a walk to the office, hand over some bank records and reciepts and call me when its done. They want crap you forgot about months ago. Minute details, numorous phone calls ( If your not present for this pleasant enima ) and if they could, the pen you signed your name with. HELL yes he is gonna be there. Jeeeeeezzz.

He could be ensuring that all questions are answered to the fullest and there is no hold up or delay.

I don't have any problem with him being there. In fact, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Relax dude, I am an accountant, so I know a little about SEC Audited Financials. MT has stated the audit is almost complete. The company must have someone down there to answer any questions about the different contracts, receivables, pending liabilities, internal control procedures, etc... If you or anybody else thinks this is fishy or sends up a red flag I will be happy to email you any information you want on audits or generally accepted accounting principles. I know the numbers that MT has produced on the financials seem unrealistic, but just look at the major players we have in Panama and Costa Rica.
