He owes MILLIONS in civil judgements.....Millions! He will NEVER pay a cent of it.
The only way to get this MFer is to put pressure on the SEC to look at him.
I believe he also has an IRS TAX CHEAT PROBLEM.....and the IRS should easily be able to lock this MFer up! So sad...he's taking advantage of the lack of enforcement funding!
The problem is fraud is so prevalent in the securities industry that Michaels is actually a small fish in a big pond. He knows this and takes advantage of it.
If the SEC had more resources he'd be locked up yesterday!
If the IRS had more resources they'd AUDIT his dumb AZZ and put him in prison!
