The question that’s never been answered: When a company loses their form 211 for not filing, they must file it again. The PR the company issued on September 6, 2023, suggests it had only just initiated the Form 211 filing process. Why, given that it's been trading as Pink Current for some time now, did they only now initiate it in September ‘23?

Serious question, I’d like a serious answer if possible.
