....this is our case, lar lar............same as the Baltimore case, which is where we got approval to file........venue shopping..............this is the same case where Deutsche Bank agreed to settle and rat out UBS.............the document requests were being made, even a protective order for DB.......the judge set forth the rules for DB's internal document sharing.....................and then.................ZAP...............................BAM................
