To be fair, there is nothing to discuss. No trials are taking place and the only thing "out there" is the clinical hold which won't be lifted without more trials/data.

We could discuss the financials, but what is the point. Company has no cash and getting another 400m shares to dilute current investors by almost 35%. Plus, no AUDITORS.

No updates on lawsuit

No updates on CEO

No updates on anything really.

Just watching the company drain the bank accounts, keep the paychecks coming and do nothing.


I remember when people said, " If the drug does not work, why would they want to work for CYDY". The past few quarters shows the reasons. No job, duties to do...just keep name on website, do one call and get your direct deposit.

P.S. Why the heck is Cyrus still there? Honestly, why keep him on payroll as a lower tier member? Why won't they cut ties with him????
