Bought Quantum starting around the .33 to .36 level and watched it drop down to .10 cents for a few years. I notified Walter to look at Quantum when we were both investors in Lightwave Logic. I have met with Peter and Mark in NYC for a private chat at the Hilton around 2014(World Cup was on the bar television). They were in town for a conference and agreed to meet with us. Two very nice gentlemen. Since then I have traveled to Washington to have dinner with Jim Sims. Also a very nice guy. Went to the AGM of Lightwave in May 2017 and had private meetings and dinners with the entire Niocorp team. Outstanding restaurant called Perry's and a great night. Mark looked like he owned the place the way we were treated.

You know what Putz. I apologize for the stuff I have said about you. You were a believer and stayed loyal to the company. I was also a mega believer until the merger came along. The sales I made were strictly to avoid a costly r/s and the prospects of being on the same team with GX. Now my positions are strictly for a trade but I am already underwater around 19k.

Watching a movie tonight and the ending made me realize that this going back and forth is a waste of both our times. Too much else to do in life than sit in front of a keyboard and type drivel which is what I do now. Let up hope this company can get their act together and make us some money.

Good luck

I can’t speak for Duke or anyone else. When I got into the stock, I believed Mark. Unfortunately, he kept moving the goal post and blowing smoke up investor’s arses. Mark and his boys have collected millions of dollars in salaries and racked up millions of dollars in three feasibility studies over the past decade. He and his team have been talking about starting construction since 2015.

His pathetic deal with GX was it for me. The failed raise of capital from “the deal” and the SP dropping to 10 year low is a direct result of Mark Smith’s incompetence. I don’t know how ANYONE here can disagree with that, regardless of how anyone feels about anyone else’s personality differences. The deal was the gross negligence of Mark Smith.
