14.5 million shares dumped at $0.0003 today did get purchased. How long will that last? The refiled the regulation "A" offering at the end of August appears to be the exact same Post Qualification Amendment (POS) that they filed at the beginning of May. They once again restated the share price as units of 100 shares priced at .12. I believe that this filing would need to be qualified again by the SEC and should have been done by now. The original regulation "A" offering was filed October 14th 2022. Like the latest debt deal it takes glacial Shawn FOREVER to get anything accomplished and is why this company in is the state that it is in my opinion. This offering comes a year and a half too late. I was calling for a split and offering at the beginning of 2022 after they converted 1.5 billion shares in 2021 with a result in trading price in the trips. Just short of 1 billion new shares were converted in Q3 and Q4 2021 alone.

The more likely scenario in my opinion is an offering price of .12 a share after a 2400:1 reverse split. That split would be based on an anticipated trading price of .0001 resulting in a post split price of .24. which looks most probable, an offering of 1,736,111 shares at .12 post split or 4,166,666,660 at .0012 based on where it is trading now? All holding would surely realize that there will be massive dilution expected post split as stated in the offering filing. This offering is open ended unlike most that are set for one year.
