I would say if you have not performed any DD it could appear as a paper shuffle as you suggest.

Seems pretty crazy to go through with an audit if it is a paper shuffle. Guess one would think they plan to close the door after March 15th or perhaps postpone it like some other famous crapy stock???

Don't think so. You have what used to be a TOP Panama Government official involved and on the board. Do you really think he needs to involve himself with a paper shuffling pink scam? That would be like Dick Cheney doing something of that sort....rediculous.
