If they wait forever to launch a game on a PR; they don't promote it; they don't play it themselves to ensure it is actually good; and they don't fix the stuff that is currently broken ... IF ... If all that happens then it is rinse and repeat. My hope is that after all this time they actually learned something on how to manage.
