Hey Mag, sorry about your losses as you know there are plenty of fish in the sea.

The 8-K today is pretty unusual since Michery already stated that the contract with Hardge had been terminated.

Plus, if the Justice Department is involved they take much longer to indict Michery/Hardge because it is Criminal not Civil.

And Michery was pumping the Hardge Black Box.
