At this point, according to otcmarkets.com, there are 2,113,242,371 shares. Let's round it up to 2,200,000,000. 10 cents is unbelievably high, as that price would put the company valuation at $220,000,000. But a penny or two or three might be realistic, if it's from a reverse merger with the correct company.
Which, by the way, I thought the last time I checked, there weren't that many shares. Did the company issue and sell more on the open market?
