They didn't disclose any change in AS. They disclosed a change in OS. My guess is half the OS reduction has already occurred so I am looking for an update to go from 2.8B to 2.3B. Just my 2 cents but that's what I am expecting to see on OTC Markets maybe as soon as tomorrow morning.. That would be amazing!
