Why recycle this DMH for Congress news? Could have put out a PR on this back in August.

Maybe they aren't selling anything. Maybe will merge or be acquired.

Anyway, they said they were going to focus on ecosystem and leave the rest, including Fed, to partners. So not sure why they issued this PR.
