HPIL type Scams rely on lies and exaggerations. And it helps to have criminal enablers like Andrew Badger and Ciro Diiorio to keep pumping the lies, while crying "victim" with crocodile tears.

So again, someone is lying or exaggerating the truth…. Are we doing a Reverse Merger - or an IPO - because they are 2 different things?

Per HPIL website, we are doing both. Apogee is going for an IPO, (For a private company do a FASTER and public IPO registration the best path is acquiring a SHELL company). This Shell company is HPIL, now, for Apogee take over such, I did provide a twitter link of this dude explaining what needs to be done for such AND the procedure is thru Reverse Merger.
