Yeah I agree it went from change of control from the board and employees to the monitor to dead.

Change of control would only happen if the Corporation and shares sold to a buyer who then continued the company as is. We all know that didn’t happen as FKA BioAmber was liquidated. The court appointing PWC to oversee the liquidation is not a change of control.
