Legit question here....What happens to the shares of mjlink people bought of WDLF does in fact buy mjlink? Do those shareholders get shares of wdlf? do they get cash? Do they get anything at all?

Im assuming they get absolutely nothing due to how the 8k reads. It states wdlf is buying everything except for the liabilities of mjlink. Mjlink will then be responsible to pay liabilities. But, mjlink will have no money or assets due to wdlf buying everything...HUGE $5 Million scam.
