IF and I repeat IF they actually did sell SmartEgg the $472K they will quickly release Q3 results. Since NewwEgg does not buy inventory it is just a pass through I don't expect the Q3 sales to be more than 100 (assuming some were sold on NewwEgg). Only time will tell.
