Interesting find. What is left of this mess is in shambles. Investor confidence must be at an all time low. More bad news would most likely drop this into the sub-penny range although it might hit that point of disgrace this week just because it is a terrible stock.
Boring Sunday night? I guess if you were considering buying some stock in a company or an actual investor in that company, it would make sense to proof read a company's 10Q regardless of what day or time?
Alot of transparency here. Tells me something big may be going to occur. Especially if a potential merger is going to occur, you want everything public.
BTW the new OTC regulators will throw a restrictive designation on otc companies for any little thing, therefore Leo is being smart.
