Thanks for the excellent post. As a pharmacist, I can say for sure that OxyContin sales are dropping considerably. Whatever the number was in 2022, I am sure it’s lower in 2023. Sorry, I can not provide a link. This is anecdotal info. Believe it or don’t…up to you. BTW, I still think it will be a big positive for Elite if they gain approval for this product. It’s a dying product, but far from dead.

Elite's Generic OxyContin ANDA application was considered "substantially complete" after they filed in the spring because it contained the results from the "Human Insufflation PK Study", which means the ANDA application was considered "received" in the spring, which means the PDUFA date clock began in the spring.
