Been there. Seen that. NECA and so many others r not complex. It's just wild debt and same ole same ole. Debt becomes restructured, accumulated deficit gets carried and there is no money or income to even consider. Red, kinda red, mostly red does not get a reaction from the OTC. It's all one in the same to them. There's no risk when under water. Viewed as worthless. Look at the last Q here and the amount of money being reported

FYI, there was a minor name change amendment recently filed with the sos which is likely attached to the desire for name change

But there is a pos ticker, fka NECA, that just did a name/ticker change, r/s (it was no bid) has a well known toxic funder, and wasn’t even current in financial reporting. Something is wrong with this company’s attempt to get a new ticker/name change

It was obviously related to the name they initially changed to with DE since they have changed it again this past month to drop "HOLDINGS".
