Yes, most all updates have been at beginning of month and a few before. Thats true, but they never said they'd promise to have it at those times. Fact!
But looking out of pessimistic eye's I can see how one could take everything in front of him and twist it into his own made up un-factual facts. Kinda stupid but o'well.
