I think he is a bit late on the lawsuits, although he obviously doesn’t understand equity holders in bankruptcy

$BBBYQ cancelled can mean a couple things it seems. Bbby is still a billion dollar name. Think about the lawsuits if shares were just wiped out. Why didn’t vanguard sell all their shares to today ? All the institutions had a meeting and said let’s just lose millions oh well.

Highly doubt it. Shares could be cancelled and converted into whoever merges. Bears celebrating a little early I think
