I am sincerely worried about your well being. I once wore your same shoes. It hurt, but the life lesson turned out into a fantastic financial future for me, keeping my lessons learned from my big mistake. Janice did everything in her power to try and help me, and I ignored her because everyone said she was a “basher”. Now I try and help others I see making a huge mistake that ruins some, for life. This also ruins marriages and family relationships when one mentions to their friends and family and they too get wiped out.

EDGAR is not open on the weekend, so NO company will ever have a SEC filing over the weekend. Not that it matters for BBBYQ. The next filing will be a Form 15 to terminate the registration. Just a formality, as the stock has already been cancelled.
