......no worries on WHEN or HOW MUCH.............word was the cross appeals on our LIBOR/sterling were being issued 10/2/23.....???.....to me, both are upheld and we can proceed with the basic, original suit against UBS.........YAWN.................however, we observed with our own eyes (Rev. Newtogame's) and were told that UBS has been scrambling for a few months to END ALL LITIGATION, especially anything related to LIBOR.......ours is the last...???..........

.....but there are always unknowns.................Sonterra Capital is a boutique investment company in NY.......nothingness and a puppet of the FDIC.......our bond issue was simply a piece of Sonterra's little turd fund...............UWB bought a small piece of this fund in like, 2007????, or 2008, and the fund contained bonds tied to the Baltimore, MD school district.........the city of Baltimore is a county????.............ALL GIBBERISH.....WE DON'T CARE ABOUT FACTS, we care about money.......money...........money....................ok, ok, we care about booze, blow, boats, boobs, beaches - - - and other "B" stuff.............but you get my point..........

...........add in DC EMHOFF and FRANK HOLDING's pressure on the FDIC and we are close to ending the UWB Receiver, which in turn ends UWBI.......we note that the UWBI BK was a farcial SCAM.............anybody seen a FINAL ORDER signed by the judge.....?????........hello............AIN'T in EXISTENCE, yet......the entire UWBI BK was a secretive white-wash...............
