Lawrence's own comments and the history of this deal just prove my point from the beginning that it doesn't happen til others come to the table. Been the case from Day 1 and still the case now. If ECSL had cash in hand, deal would be closed already. Not much different than most can't buy a house unless you can get a bank to spot you the money to buy it. DUH.
No point in wasting your time here. The bullish case for ECSL offers zero except pie in the sky predictions.
Best to take Mark Twain approach as ... I admit .... we are definitely beaten by their experience 100%.
I would like da bulls to run this up the flag pole though .... say $3 would be nice .... once Lorton deal closes and the initial round of PRs on partners (cause again, what money does ECSL have ?) and clients interested in terminal services are announced.
