I did my DD carefully and now knowing that the very company so called JP Energy Partners and JP Energy Group are both phony companies that do not exist at all. The address of John Park is at the near poverty level of residence as shown on the documentations. Therefore JP Energy Group is now sharing the same fate as Nate Staek of Nate's Homemade that sells pancake in a can few years ago.
