They have convertible C stock outstanding. Looking at the filings, Joseph Wade has cashed in preferred to over 1 billion common from February to May. I suspect the next filing in October will show similar numbers.


6,059,600 shares of Preferred Series C Stock issued and outstanding

Higley held 5,250,000 Preferred C leaving Wade with 809 thousand Preferred.
The Preferred C ratio is 25,000 to 1. So Wade still had the potential to cash in another 20 billion plus shares.

If Todd starts cashing in like Wade , with over 6 million shares, the number is staggering.

This is nothing but an ATM for Wade!
