The realization has come home to roost that the Company will neve have the capitol to become a major player in the baby formula industry when/if FDA approval is granted. The only salvation being some type of partnership with a "major" , or sale to the highest bidder. PPS is telling the story loud and clear. I don't believe they carry a major load of debt so not looking @ going belly up unable to pay loans.
