Lots of light at the end of the tunnell though, since trials are currently set for February, and there's a very good chance they settle prior to that.
(Although I wouldn't be surprised if they don't settle til the very last possible moment.)

Get back to me when the company gets financial judgements that are in-line with the "claimed" billions and billions of ongoing ones that the CEO has stated
