What's really funny is that KB&W has had around a $1 price target on the commons for years, and at this point that would imply 50% upside to current prices!

It was even funnier when KB&W reiterated their $1 price target in late 2016 as the commons were traded close to $5 after Mnuchin's comments about wanting to get FnF out of government control. They ended up being right!
