Have you ever been scuba diving? Years and years ago I met some guys on a beach when on vacation who asked if I wanted to go diving. I was all for it, got in their van, went back to their house to pick up the suits and then went to a remote beach! I was a little naive in my youth. ha

We got about a 1/2 a football distance from shore and I was very uncomfortable. It kind of felt like claustrophobia but I obviously wasn't in a confined space. I felt like I couldn't breathe, though I could. Anyway, we came back to shore and they drove me back to the hotel. Thank goodness! And that was my first and last attempt at scuba.
