Unless one has not paid any attention to the Federal laws regarding MJ, they would know this. This is like MJ business 101. The Feds can raid any dispensary in any state. Federal supersedes state law, no matter if the state residents voted for that law.
A few years back the Feds would occasionally raid a few "legal" dispensaries in CA on the same day and would seize the assets. Has not happened and will probably never happen again, but the law stands and no federal bank can do business with a company that federal law prohibits
