When and where everyone saw a desert Falaknaz saw a sports city and made it a reality.
We know well what and why something went wrong during the years 2013-18.
And it would be naive to think that Falaknaz deployed all this business engineering, Ltdas and extensive audits for only 83.45 MW... LOL
