Many - if not most - moderate capitalist - free market - economists (NO POLITICS !!) agree that a bunch of markets and situations simply do not lend themselves to private solutions
Government simply is not the enemy ----- (and for the fun of it -- I will note dumb ass decisions by SCOTUS here are the enemy x 100)
