I'm posting facts not pumping for NHMD. I posted regarding the phone number, not the website. The 8-K confirmed that a new company was merging into NHMD called JP Energy Group of which this appears to be their website:

That newly updated phone number on OTC Markets is a real phone number. I called it and left a message for someone to give me a call back. It's the updated number that they just put on OTC Markets. I believe that's an official source that investors are supposed to use for due diligence.
