Another PR or letter from Kim, which will it be and when? ........ one would be greatly appreciated

It all comes down to quality of the PR. If its chocked full of forward looking hopes and dreams it will mean nothing as Kim's word is worthless when it comes to forward looking statements.

China made a break thru. How big or small, when its compared to KBLB, is yet to be seen.

It's an unknown if they are at the same spot, ahead or behind when KBLB made their break thru back in 2010.
