Critical point. His first work with us was the annual filing. Followed By Q1 onward.
Ignore the juvenile comments and focus on filings he has done with other companies.
He was bought here for a reason and it has absolutely nothing to do with the OTC. His entire resume includes top tier companies and IPO'S. So, you must ask yourself..why would he be here? I think you can figure out why by doing very little digging.
Oh yeah, when were those seeds added? When was the valuation assessed in the filings? and pr'd? in the Annual right?.uhh huh..
