Good almost afternoon, HR - Well, that explains the volume, thanks. I was wondering why we're sneaking up on 1/2B by noon.

So are you following the logic that it's better to just take the money you would have spent on conversion of the preferred & buy now at the current low PPS than to convert & end up diluting, hence shooting yourself (and the rest of us) in the foot?
