My calculation (extracted from the appraisal in 2015) doesn't go beyond 2022. But cash alone should be close to $1.5 billion now. Minus what they spent on art and museums and new developments. Add another $2.5 billion for the plantations, gives us $4 billion total value, or $25 / share.
