PFE Currently $32.60, dividend yield 4.88% Yields like that are competitive with many CDs, which implies people think the stock could go lower.

Time to sit on my hands and see if it settles out somewhere lower

Not done sitting on my hands. With price dipping below 32 today I did sell out-of-the-money puts at several strikes on a tactical basis. My thinking is that the market and PFE will bounce some here. If not, it is still a small position that can be managed since PFE is anything but a small cap.

Would really like to see some (any) technical confirmation before committing to a (larger) position.

it should be pretty much done unless other issues show up.

Nothing moves in a straight line.
