I get that. It is one of the few that is locked into the political realm right now. I think if we could get rid of 280e things would look a little better, however, the earnings picture last quarter sucked big time. If the Florida Supreme court doesn't allow the issue on the ballot, we can probably assume it is a political move. I can't imagine having put out 38million and not knowing if the issue meets the criteria. The House is in such a state of who knows what the hell they're doing, we won't get any clarity there until after the senate brings the issue forward. I don't really like investing in companies with this much political uncertainty, but I think the gains can be tremendous, so I'm gambling that the chips fall in place.
