Our Board of Directors has unanimously adopted a resolution seeking stockholder approval to authorize the Board of Directors to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock. The Board believes that this increase in the number of authorized shares is in the best interest of the Company and its stockholders in order for the Company to actively pursue imminent strategic partnerships in exchange for valuable shares in the Company.
