Excellent point. If they are worth Par, why is not smart money driving it to 25,50. They can’t explain it, why, there is no reason to go there. And as a matter a fact, almost every stock I have followed, common shares are higher in price than preferred, and preferred follow common share price. U can’t tell them this, they got low IQ.

His non-pari-passu shares, with contract rights, have been earning him fat dividends during the golden age of FnF profits. They haven't? Then, they are pari-passu with no contract rights commons. If Treasury can do what it will with commons, it can do the same with preferreds. PROOF: Last 15 years.

PARI-PASSU! PARI-PASSU! PARI-PASSU!

EXACTLY

If JPS can not be force converted or diluted ---- even with a 5 year discount at 7% a year - they would be trading much higher !!

That JPS trade so low ---- to me says the market believes there is a real chance JPS - one way or another - never get back to FACE/PAR - the $25

I do not know any other reason - but such concern by the markets - for the current low low PPS of JPS (Summary - current PPS of JPS does not fit with no way can TREAS force a conversion or other ..)
