Your first post did not specify - with 2/3 -- and suggested maybe GOV could FORCE a conversion in our crazy world

Many years ahead I believe in all events (and unless TREAS - GOV protected JPS I can not see any reason to convert if the LP/SP is still sitting out there) offer to convert to post dilution shares --- hhmm (the new common if that ever happens )

And GOV - TREAS - FHFA - F or F - might offer a buy back at say 75% for "fast money" and that would be tempting for that part of my GSE holdings
